She is teaches Health at Colleyville Heritage High School.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eCoach Lee was a graduate assistant at West Texas A\u0026amp;M from \u003ca href=\"tel:2009-2011\" rel=\"noopener\"\u003e2009-2011\u003c/a\u003e. She received her Master's in Sport Management. After graduating in 2011, she was hired in administration at WT as the Director of Student-Athlete Services. Courtney was later named the Senior Woman Administrator for the department. She was the academic and life skill coordinator, oversaw programming for all sports, and was also the liaison for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
